Caitlen and Angelina's Background


Angelina is a slayer, she was trained by Andrew Davies. She was born and raised in Athens Georgia. She is yet another fluke in the slayer line as when Faith was put into a coma she was called.

When she was 15 he arrived and told her that she could be something amazing, a slayer, she just thought he was insane. After some proof she agreed to let him train her. She wasn't close to her parents, infact they though she was nothing more than a trashy slut who they wished they didn't have to be bothered with. She did however adore her sisters and brother, all quite younger than her.

As the years passed and she trained more with Andrew, she grew closer to him, as most slayers tend to, though for her it was more of a romance. This of course didn't come without its own troubles. She had made the mistake of dating someone before her feelings for Andrew emerged and he was an abusive ass, for lack of better term. He beat her, and broke her down and because she thought she loved him she would take it. That is until Andrew found out and convinced her to end things. That of course didn't go well. David, the ex, fought to get her back and when he couldn't he decided that there were other ways to get her, but that would take time.

When Angelina thought she was safe she started to relax, even allowed feelings for Andrew to blossom and they became an item. This couldn't have pleased her sister Caitlen more because she adored him, the rest of her family never got to meet him.

Things looked like they were going well, so well that one night when they were alone, down on one knee, Andrew proposed to her. She of course accepted and he slid the ring on her finger. Little did she know though that David had been following her this whole time, and had set a plan in motion. Having his own set of sources he hired someone...well something, to kill her, his belief was if he couldn't have her than no one would. Well the mistake David made was that when he hired this thing it knew that she was to be a slayer and it drove the demon mad.

The night that Andrew proposed on their way back to his flat they were attacked. Angelina fought long and hard, but in the end Andrew told her to run, to save herself, he would protect her. As he turned to fight she ran, she did what he told her, but she didn't get far. She couldn't bear to leave him behind so she returned, just in time to see him ripped apart by the demon. The demon didn't see her return and left, unamused with the now dying watcher and on a mission to find the girl he was now determined to kill.

Once the coast was clear Angelina rushed to her Watcher and Lover's side and begged him not to leave her, begged him to be ok. There was no saving him though, the injuries too intense. In a daze she returned home, covered in Andrew's blood and her parents, mostly her mom, freaked. She completely believed that Angelina was a prostitute and this was simply a night gone wrong. Angelina, tired of the accusations told her mom everything, told her she was a slayer, that the man she loved was her watcher and that vampires and demons were real. Her mom instantly wanted to have her commited and if she wouldn't agree to that then she needed to leave. Taking option B Angelina moved into Andrew's flat and tried to deal with all that had happened as the council refused to help.

A couple weeks passed and things were getting easier, though it was still hard not having Andrew, when she received a call. It was Caitlen, her beloved younger sister, sobbing. Something was wrong and Angelina needed to get to the house fast. She rushed to the house to find the front door open and blood everywhere. Written on the wall in blood was "Too bad you missed the show, but you're next Slayer." She knew immediately who had done this, but what had they done, what had happened. She rounded the corner trying to find Caitlen and found the most gruesome scene ever. Her parents, Sister Rebekah, and brother Chris were laying there, bodies mangled and ripped apart, but where was Caitlen.

It seemed that Caitlen had arrived home late from school and heard screaming. She managed to get upstairs unseen and called for help while she hid in the closet. Knowing full well she couldn't call the police she called Angelina who rushed over to find this scene.

They were now all they had...as time passed and the memories of their parents deaths passed Angelina and Caitlen packed up and left Athens Georgia heading for Franklin Springs, just 45 minutes to the east. The council had finally agreed to help and Angelina was determined to get Cait away from the horror that was their past. Little did they know thet they weren't as alone as they thought.

Upon their arrival it had been revealed that Angelina had a twin sister, all those moments of deja vu and feelings that she was missing something weren't her losing her mind, she honestly was. Come to find out that her parents couldn't deal with her twin, Gwen Raiden's electro ability and pawned her off on an unsuspecting family. Little did they know they were doing Angelina and Cait a favor by doing this and when Gwen found out the truth and what had happened to her former family she instantly felt the need to help her sisters, no matter if they accepted her or not. Paying for their housing and convincing the council who she now helped out from time to time as a favor to Angel and company, to help the girls she got them Franklin Springs, though it was only a 45 minute move.
